Stephanie Blair, with her advisor Dr. Jenifer McIntyre, has been conducting research on the toxicity of urban stormwater. Specifically, they are investigating the impact of the tire chemical 6PPD-quinone on Pacific Salmon. In her presentation, Stephanie will discuss the findings of their research, highlighting the effects of this chemical on Coho and Chinook salmon. She will also elaborate on their collaborative work on the issue.
